Loosefill chips are still widely used as a packaging material to cushion and protect goods in transit or storage. We stock two types – 100% recycled polystyrene (ALTAESS), where the chips are light, locking together to absorb impact when goods are subjected to shock and rough handling. After compression the chips instantly return to their original shape. Our biodegradable loosefill (RENATURE) is an environmental friendly alternative made from cornstarch, which can be burnt as CFC free, but also dissolves when in contact with water. They both come in 15 cu. Ft. bags.

The biodegradable cushions can be reused, recycled in the appropriate waste stream, or recycled through composting.
