Delivery Surcharges
Due to higher rates imposed by our carriers to remote and inaccessible areas, we apply a standard delivery charge of
£24.99 to the following areas:
Offshore, Highlands and Islands
AB13-14, AB21-56, FK19-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH2, PH9, PH15-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE
Exceptional Consignments
An additional delivery charge may apply to exceptionally bulky consignments including bubblewrap and loosefill to UK mainland destinations (local 20 mile radius not affected). If your order is affected, you will be advised shortly after order is received.
Excluded Areas
We do not currently operate a standard service to Northern Ireland and non-standard UK destinations. For pallet orders please ring 01732 360886.
Parcel Delivery
Subject to stock availability, small orders received by 12:00 mid-day will be despatched the same day on our standard
24-hour DHL courier service and will generally be received the next working day. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service although we find 95% of parcels are received next day.
Please note we do not deliver Bank Holidays.
Any items out of stock are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. Please call our main office on 01732 360886, quoting the product code
of interest to double check the availability of stock before ordering.
For deliveries to business premises, the courier will attempt to deliver once. If there is no one available to
receive the parcel, a no one to receive card will be left and the consignment will be returned to the hub where it will be held for 5 days awaiting for the
customer to arrange a new delivery date.
On home deliveries, the courier will attempt to deliver three times, each time a no one to receive card will be
left. After the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to the hub and held for a further 5 days awaiting for the customer to contact to arrange a
new delivery date.
Online tracking information is available by request. Please add a request comment in the Notes section when confirming your order.
Pallet Delivery
Larger orders will be delivered by a third party hauler on pallets. Before despatching pallet deliveries, a representative will call
to book in, confirm delivery details and double check for any restrictions at the delivery address.
Please advise of your preferred contact telephone number in the Notes section when confirming your order.
Inspection of Consignment
Please inspect the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier's delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier's note e.g. "damaged in transit" or "2 parcels only received"
and contact us together with photographic evidence of the damaged parcel. A signature of "received in good condition" may void any subsequent claim for damage in transit.
Please do not accept delivery without checking and sign the carrier's delivery note "not inspected" or "received unchecked" or "unexamined" etc. as this will not be accepted by the carrier in the event of a claim.

Payment Options
All online payments are carried out securely through RBS Worldpay. We accept most major credit and debit cards
including Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and
JCB with no additional surcharge.
Orders will be despatched together with a VAT Invoice. As we
also sell to industrial, commercial and trade customers, all prices are exclusive of VAT.
