Ordering

How do I place my first order?

Shopping at WER Online is simple. Simply browse our vast range of products including our vast range of cardboard boxes, tape, bubble wrap for your general packaging requirements, cardboard tubes, postal envelopes and mailers for our postal packaging, plus much more. Some products are sold by the pack, others are sold loose - observe the pack quantities when browsing through our shop. Once you find your desired packaging product, add the item to the Shopping Cart by entering the desired quantity and clicking Add to Cart button. All prices are shown on the site excluding VAT and any delivery charges which may be incurred.

Your shopping cart can be viewed at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart button located towards the top of each screen. Once you are happy to go ahead and purchase the items into your shopping cart, click the Proceed to Checkout button, which will request you to login. As a new customer you will be required to Register. Existing customers can entered their username and password at the stage. Once registered and logged in, the checkout process will begin in the following step by step approach.

Now you will be redirected to the secure RBS WorldPay site to pay. On successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Is there a minimum order?

We welcome orders of all quantities. Some products are sold individually, where others are sold by the pack.

How do I know whether my order has been received?

Shortly after completing the order process you should receive an automated e-mail confirming the details of your order. In addition, you should receive an e-mail from RBS WorldPay with details of the payment.

Should you have concerns as to whether we have received your order, please contact us to confirm the details of your order.

What if any items are out of stock?

All items listed in our online shop are usually available from our suppliers within 3-5 working days, many of which we keep in stock and are available for next day delivery.

The Special Offers section of the site commonly contains a selection of either overrun or one-off run boxes at discounted prices of which we have limited stock available. It is advisable you contact us for up to date stock levels before ordering from this section.

Should there be a delay with the despatch of your order, you will be notified by either telephone or e-mail using the details supplied when first registering with us. A full refund will be offered for any products we are unable to supply in an acceptable time span.

Would I be able to receive further discounts for larger quantities?

Our website pricing structure takes discounts for larger quantities into consideration. When viewing a desired product, a series of price breaks are shown and the appropriate price break will be selected depending on the quantity purchased.
