Crossweave tape is made from clear polypropylene film that is reinforced by cross-woven glass fibre filaments to provide a high tensile strength. The filaments ensure strength across both the width and the length of the tape and this makes the tape tear proof in both directions. With this degree of strength together with a powerful adhesive, the tape can be used without ripping, snapping, tearing or bursting. Filament tape is ideally suited where strength is required such as export packing and high security carton sealing.
